Saint Laurent has teamed up with Galerie Patrick Seguin and the Charlotte Perriand estate on a rare furniture release curated by Anthony Vaccarello, running in Paris from 24 October to 22 November 2025. The project brings four historic Perriand designs — originally created between the 1940s and 1960s for places like the Japanese ambassador’s residence in Paris and her own home in Rio — back into production in extremely limited editions.   Each piece has been rebuilt from archive drawings and original prototypes using rosewood, cane, silk, leather and other high craft materials, keeping Perriand’s vision intact. The collaboration sits in Saint Laurent’s growing “cultural objects” orbit, positioning the house not just in fashion but in design heritage, while also nodding to Yves Saint Laurent’s long-time admiration and collecting of Perriand’s work. #Design #PatrickSeguin #SaintLaurent #FurnitureDesign

Marble takes centre stage in contemporary interiors. In Vicenza, a deconsecrated 16th-century church became the backdrop for Quinte, the modular marble partition by Lithos Design. The project shows how marble, a material rooted in history, can be reimagined as a light, flexible system to define spaces. Quinte is a double-sided wall system made of a slim aluminium frame and 60x60 cm marble modules, only 3 cm thick. The modules – smooth or perforated – can be freely combined, creating walls that separate without closing off. Two patterns, Palmanova and Papiro, allow light and gaze to filter through, preserving a sense of openness and continuity. Available in three marble versions – Pierre Bleue, Grigio Tundra, and Perla Dalmata, each paired with a colour-matched frame – Quinte easily adapts to homes, offices, restaurants, and showrooms.
