Most engineers I know don’t lack ideas. They lack time. They have ten designs they’d like to test, but only time to simulate one. That limitation has shaped how products have been built for decades. When we started Quanscient, we asked a simple question: What if engineers could explore the full design space with simulations? That question led us to build Quanscient Allsolve—a cloud-native multiphysics platform that runs large-scale simulations in parallel. It turns hours into minutes and opens up exploration at a completely different scale. In this short video, I walk through how it works. Have you ever wondered if a quantum computer could land on the Moon? That question led me to create a small game during the QPoland Global Quantum Hackathon, built with Gymnasium. I trained three agents — a classical Deep Q-Network (DQN), a Quantum DQN, and a Quantum Actor-Critic — and in the game you can play against the trained models to see how humans compare to quantum intelligences. Quantum training on simulators is much slower than classical learning, so simple environments like LunarLander are essential to study how these models evolve and adapt. 🧠 Last week at Covision Lab, we held an internal tech session on Unsupervised Domain Adaptation (UDA) and Domain Generalization - two complementary approaches for improving the robustness of vision models under domain shift between training and deployment. 🌍🤖 We explored how these methods enable models to transfer knowledge across visual domains without relying on labeled target data. The session covered key techniques such as DANN, FCN in the Wild, Maximum Classifier Discrepancy (MCD), CORAL, DLOW, and MixStyle, highlighting how they align feature distributions or manipulate style statistics to mitigate the effects of domain shift.
