Aritma, backed by Main Capital Partners, acquires Swedish Programekonomi 🚀 Aritma, a Norwegian bank-connectivity and financial automation software provider, acquires Växjö-based Programekonomi. Programekonomi brings Microsoft Business Central development capabilities and domain knowledge that enable efficient financial workflows for Business Central users. The acquisition has a strong strategic fit with Aritma and is in line with the company’s expansion strategy in the Nordic financial automation and ERP connectivity market. The acquisition of Programekonomi represents Aritma’s first add‑on since Main Capital Partners invested in Aritma in April of 2025. The combination is expected to complement and expand Aritma’s offering, further strengthening the combined Group’s position in the Nordics. CEO Julius Manni: “It’s good to see the long-term work we’ve put into developing our sales and offering bearing fruit and securing new strategically important projects this quarter. The current market environment increasingly values deep business understanding and proven solutions that deliver tangible business value. We’ve also strengthened our Data & AI business and are committing further to agentic AI and AI-assisted software development. This expertise is already helping us win new customers and differentiate ourselves in the market. The revenue is still in decline due to a change in demand for software development work and lower investments by customers in digital commerce solutions compared to previous years. Lower margins in custom software development and one fixed-price project exceeding its budget also weighed down the quarter. Although the turnaround has proven painfully slow for us, our clear successes in strategic focus areas confirm that our refined offering aligns with evolving customer needs. I remain confident that through our determined efforts, Vincit will return to a sustainable growth trajectory.” Q3 in numbers: - Revenue was EUR 14.4 (18.4) million.
