In my latest data analytics project, I started playing with GenAI tools, and... they totally leveled up my work! But most people just fire random questions at tools like ChatGPT, hoping for gold. Aur asli mein, that’s where they mess up...ending up with vague answers.. Better trick (learned from 5+ projects and guiding newbies): 1️⃣ Get super clear with your prompts (context is everything!)   - Don’t just ask, “Analyze my data” (Too broad!)   - Try this: “I’ve got sales data from 2024 [link/attach]. Use deep thinking to find weird patterns, like sudden drops, and give me 3 practical ideas to fix them, explained like a simple SQL query.” 2️⃣ Mix GenAI with your go-to tools for max impact   - After GenAI gives you insights, double-check with tools like Python or Power BI. (Real story: I once caught a glitch in a forecast by running it through a basic Excel model..saved us from a bad call!)   - Bonus: Use GenAI to automate boring stuff, like writing quick scripts for cleaning messy data. This mix made my reports go from “okay” to “time saving” at work. Quick tip: Start with a small test dataset to get comfy before using it on big projects. Very good! GenAI doesn’t replace critical thinking or manual validation, but it speeds up and improves work significantly when used correctly.

Totally agree, Rahul Pareek I have been using it to automate my repetitive manual tasks and for self-learning, and I have been using AI actively for the past 3 years.
