Strong commercial performance all achieved on the back of woeful customer care and broken supply chain. Waiting 5 weeks now for just two parts to get my new R5 back on the road. All I get told is they’re on “back order” and nobody knows or will commit to when they’ll arrive. Such a shame, the cars you make are nice but wholly let down by your post purchase support.
