What there is behind every Vehicle.... Behind every vehicle delivered, there’s an invisible ballet: 100,000 parts, 4,000 suppliers, 25 plants, spread across 11 countries, all synchronized to the rhythm of human expertise and digital intelligence. And much more ahead.... Thank you for sharing

Love this sentence: that logistics is the art of connecting people - from customer to provide. Thanks to AI, that art has never been more alive. Go Renault!

Very impressive data Sebastien, love the way you make it real and show the true power behind AI, teams working together as make the Impossible Possible! Very curious to see what's next: The Autonomous AI agents capable of orchestrating logistics tasks, learning from experience, and suggesting the best actions in real time. A system that’s not just efficient but resilient, sustainable, and human-centric. David Wild ;-) Interesting read!

These are excellent uses cases, where we see real and tangible impact. Adding intelligence "to" automation using agentic AI can drive this further.

Unfortunately your piece doesn't reflect the reality of being a Renault Customer and the truly awful position of your parts supply chain. I've been waiting five weeks for two parts for my brand new R5 so it can go back on the road. Five weeks! And nobody at Renault UK can actually confirm when they will be available. And it's very clear I'm not the only customer suffering what is obviously an inherent failure on your part. So perhaps instead of waxing lyrically about your "invisible ballet" you could spend some time investing in visible process so that customers who have invested in your products get the on-going service they deserve. It really has been and continues to be a truly shocking experience and light years away from "Humans and machines working as one" .
