Rogers marked my account as late for May–July 2025, even though June was a payment arrangement met on time and July was paid in full. These false late marks still appear on Equifax and TransUnion months later. This violates Canada’s privacy and consumer laws: Ontario Consumer Reporting Act s.22 — prohibits knowingly supplying false info. PIPEDA Principle 4.6 — requires accurate, up-to-date data shared with third parties. I’ve provided proof, yet Rogers has done nothing to fix its mistake. I’m filing formal complaints with the CCTS, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, and Ontario Small Claims Court. Consumers, check your credit reports if you’ve had billing issues with Rogers — accuracy clearly isn’t their priority.
