It was a pleasure to participate in the panel “Investment in Libya’s Upstream Sector: Update & Outlook” at the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) event held at the impressive The Walbrook Club in London, where we discussed the re-opening of the Libyan upstream sector. The event was excellent, with insightful discussions throughout.
