Bankside Singapore member Hon Paul Heath KC has been appointed to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s (SIAC) inaugural specialist panel of arbitrators for restructuring and insolvency disputes. Paul joins a panel that includes international judges and leading insolvency dispute resolution lawyers. SIAC has introduced the panel alongside its proposed Insolvency Arbitration Protocol.
