Earlier this week, I had the privilege of hosting Diego Colombo and Tjerk Smits from Boston Scientific International at #CongaConnection2025 in Paris, where they shared valuable insights from their journey implementing Conga Advantage CPQ and Rebates across Boston Scientific here in EMEA. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together in such a short time. From our very first informal conversation about "Why CPQ" in May 2024 through to Go-Live in June 2025. There’s no denying that CPQ programs can be complex, but by taking a pragmatic, transparent, and collaborative approach, we proved, together, that even the most ambitious goals can be achieved when all the teams are aligned and focused on outcomes. A huge thank you to the Boston Scientific teams for your partnership, commitment, and trust throughout this journey. Here’s to the next exciting phase of our Conga Advantage CPQ journey!
