Change is coming to Atlantic Beach. In Spring 2026, One Ocean Resort and Spa will complete its transformation into into Dune House Hotel and Spa, a soulful boutique destination where the ocean meets elevated hospitality. Dune House is being created to be more than a hotel. It will be a place to gather, recharge, and connect, shaped by the beauty of the shoreline and the spirit of the local community. Sage Studio, our in-house design and creative team, is leading the vision for this reintroduction. In collaboration with New York’s Islyn Studio, they are crafting interiors and experiences that balance sophistication with ease, creating spaces where design, food, and service reflect the rhythm of the coast.
