San Francisco. 40,000+ people. Dreamforce, the heartbeat of Salesforce. This week isn't just a conference it’s a gathering of builders, innovators and customers who believe technology should serve trust, growth and real world impact. For me, Dreamforce is always a reminder of two things: 1. Culture travels. When you walk the streets of San Francisco and hear “Salesforce” in so many conversations - in coffee queues, on shuttle buses, in customer strategy huddles, you realise you're part of something far bigger than quota and dashboards. 2. Innovation means nothing without intention. From Marc Benioff’s opening keynote to customer stories across every sector, one theme cuts through: technology is powerful, but how we use it defines our impact. I’m proud to have been part of the UKI team learning, listening, and representing our customers back home. We’re here to bring energy back, not just swag. Insight, not just selfies (Although I am so happy with my one with Will.i.am!!). Momentum, not just memories. Here’s to a continuation of: Customer first conversations Bold innovation Meaningful connection And a reminder of why we do what we do Dreamforce 2025 — let’s take what we learnt and make it matter. #Dreamforce #Salesforce #CustomerSuccess #Innovation #Leadership

Scott Brown Too many treat events like trophies. Snap the selfie. Post the recap. Move on. This one feels different. Culture, connection, and conviction actually showed up. Now comes the hard part: turning energy into action.
