Earlier this week, I visited our team in Vietnam – and I left inspired.   During our Vietnam Town Hall, I was pleased to present our CEO Award to the Guardian Vietnam team. This quarterly award recognizes DFI teams that achieve exceptional results across key metrics like sales, profitability, online growth, and productivity. Guardian Vietnam has set a remarkable standard, not just through their outstanding performance but through their commitment to our purpose to “Sustainably serving Asia for generations with everyday moments.”   I also had the opportunity to visit several of our newly refreshed stores, and the transformation is impressive. The modernized look and feel reflect our evolving brand and our focus on creating a welcoming, customer-first experience. These stores are a testament to the #innovation, #agility, and dedication of our Vietnam teams – they’re bringing our vision to life.    Together with Andrew Wong, Tom van der Lee, Joy Jinghui Xu, and Ella Chan, we saw firsthand the energy, passion, and immense potential that make Vietnam a vital growth market for us.   Thank you to Lance Canavan, Managing Director of Guardian Vietnam, and his team for hosting this memorable visit. I look forward to what’s ahead as we continue to innovate, grow, and deliver on our purpose in Vietnam and beyond.
