So true, communication is crucial to businesses and to those concerned. SES still needs to learn this somehow. There are so many talented people at SES, who are not always recognized and appreciated for the added value they bring to the company. A company and upper management are only as good as the people who work endlessly to bring in new business and new deals. I hope at least that the atmosphere gets better at SES, so that people feel it's worth it to go the extra mile. The same level of commitment will not be given to the company by the new colleagues in Chenai. They are too far removed from headquarters.
