TEXAS: Watch as Bell County fully modernizes its cooling system from the ground up. This project included removing outdated McQuay/Daikin chillers, pumps, and four Evapco cooling towers, clearing the site for a brand-new 60’ x 85’ concrete pad. Five Daikin AGZ230 air-cooled chillers and five Bell and Gossett inline pumps were installed, along with new piping, utility relocations, and electrical service to ensure seamless operation. To optimize performance and streamline facility management, a full Distech controls system was integrated, delivering smart, automated monitoring and control. The result is a fully modernized, highly efficient, and reliable cooling solution.
