Artificial intelligence is no longer a question of if, it's a question of how. Executives across industries are investing heavily in Generative AI (GenAI), yet many organizations are struggling to translate enthusiasm into measurable ROI. According to Sia's 2025 benchmark study of 50+ large companies across 7 industries: - 70% of initiatives are overseen directly by executive committees - Only 10% of leaders feel "future-ready" with structured AI plans - 42% of projects are abandoned - Just 1% of executives describe their rollout as "mature" The missing link? A human-centric strategy. In our latest article, we look at how fragmented pilots and skill gaps fuel the AI value gap, why experimentation is key to adoption, and how HR leaders can play a pivotal role in preparing the workforce for AI-driven transformation. Executives are investing heavily in GenAI, but many organizations still struggle to see meaningful ROI. Sia’s latest study reveals that fragmented pilots and skill gaps often stall progress, with only 1% of leaders calling their rollout “mature.” There are clear ways to close this gap and move from experimentation to ROI. Our latest article breaks down what’s fueling the AI value gap, why testing and learning is essential, and the critical role HR plays in preparing the workforce for what’s ahead.

Generative AI is scaling rapidly, yet true adoption still moves at the speed of human engagement. The article makes it clear: closing the AI value gap isn’t just about strategy and technology — it’s about people. What resonated most for me is the role of Creativity & Experimentation as a core enabler. At Sia, I see every day how storytelling, branding, and human-centered communications turn experimentation into adoption. Leaders can define the “why,” and technology can deliver the “how” — but it’s creative communications that connect the journey to hearts and minds. That’s what Human-Centric AI means in practice: making the complex clear, engaging employees as co-creators, and building trust so transformation isn’t just implemented — it’s embraced. 👉 Proud to be part of this work at Sia. The Balance Imperative 📌 AI + Human: Not a Replacement, but Reinforcement As enterprises across the Middle East adopt AI, one question dominates boardrooms: Will AI replace the workforce? The answer lies in balance. 🔹 McKinsey reports that by 2030, 30% of work activities could be automated, but two-thirds of roles will still require human expertise. 🔹 Gartner emphasizes that companies achieving the highest ROI from AI are those that design “human-in-the-loop” systems, where people and AI complement each other. At Dezly, we believe AI should amplify human capability, not erase it. The most successful enterprises are cultivating a culture of adaptation, where employees are empowered to work with AI, not against it. 👉 In this series, we’ll explore how enterprises can create the right balance. #AI #Workforce #FutureOfWork #Dezly

Organizations and employees are adopting AI at different rates. Surveys (Gallup, HR Dive, Irrational Labs) show: 25–35% are eager early adopters 20–35% are resistors 30–50% are in wait-and-see mode From my own conversations, I see resisters often driven by two things: Fear — of losing their jobs, or of what AI might mean for the future of work Overload — feeling like AI is being “thrust upon them” without clear explanation, governance, or training How companies introduce and govern AI will directly shape whether it becomes a source of empowerment or resistance. That’s why I’m excited about this Friday’s virtual program: Competing in the Age of AI with Karim Lakhani (Harvard Professor & author) and Stephen Straus (CEO, KungFu.AI), moderated by Ralph Hasson (NACD Austin Advisor). They’ll explore how boards and executives can re-architect organizations around AI — and what it means for strategy, competition, and governance. Friday, 11:00am – 12:15pm CT https://lnkd.in/gtFKR6HC If you’re a board director or a board-facing executive, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss.

Only 5% of companies are truly capturing AI’s full value. According to Boston Consulting Group (BCG)’s latest survey of 1,250 firms worldwide, these ‘future-built’ leaders grow 1.7x faster and earn 1.6x higher EBIT, reinvesting returns into data, platforms, and talent while most remain stuck in pilots. What sets them apart isn’t ambition — it’s execution. They scale beyond pilots, reshape workflows end-to-end, and adopt AI-first operating models that drive lasting impact. The gap is widening quickly. The choice for leaders is simple: join the 5% pulling ahead — or risk being left among the 60% still stuck in pilots. Explore the five strategies that separate leaders from the rest: https://on.bcg.com/4mGjUNR #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #BuildfortheFuture
