We’ve secured a new framework agreement in Mexico — a major step forward in our long-term strategy in the country. We’re proud to announce the award of a framework agreement with Eni Mexico for multidisciplinary works in the development of Mexico Area 1, located in the Sureste Basin. The framework agreement covers Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for both onshore and offshore facilities, including upgrades, modifications, new installations, and decommissioning activities — all aligned with Eni’s development plan. Area 1 includes the Amoca, Miztón, and Tecoalli fields, spanning approximately 67.2 square kilometers in water depths ranging from 10 to 40 meters. So far, three work orders have been assigned, two of which are already completed, each involving around 120 people, with 95% of the workforce being Mexican. This 36-month agreement strengthens our presence in Mexico and reaffirms our commitment to local communities through job creation, skills development, and long-term social impact, while continuing to deliver operational excellence.
