Excited to share a project we have been working on the past couple months - meet Plus8, a community for Asian women professionals & enterpreneurs to connect, grow and lead. 📈 It all started one fateful day over lunch with my dear colleague and a friend Haelim Jun when we wondered "wouldn't it be cool if we had a network of Asian women where we can share the challenges we face and find ways to empower each other?" What was supposed to be one brunch gathering with our friend groups turned into a community with 300+ following where Asian women from all over the Netherlands came to join the curated experience we organized through Plus8 - from dinners, to masterclasses, to dance workshops. Our ambition is to grow into a leading community in Europe that champions the growth, leadership, and success of Asian women in business, tech, creative and enterpreneurial fields.
