The silent margin killer isn’t a lack of demand. In perioperative care, billions leak out every year — not because hospitals lack patients, but because readiness breaks down before a single incision happens: ❌ Cancelled surgeries cost $7K–$12K each ❌ Idle OR hours burn $1,100+ ❌ Finance sees the loss after it’s too late That’s the gap between automation and orchestration. At Steer Health, we help hospitals move from missed steps → seamless flow: ✅ T-7 Readiness Automation for labs, authorizations, and H&Ps ✅ Daily “Revenue at Risk” Dashboards for proactive financial visibility ✅ Dynamic Backfill & Patient Navigation to recover idle block hours The result: 20%+ higher OR utilization and millions in rescued margin. See the full breakdown below 👇 #Perioperative #DigitalTransformation #SmartCapacity #HospitalMargins

Did you know more than 80% of sonographers experience work-related pain during their careers, often from long hours in awkward positions? Perhaps it's time to rethink the equipment that supports both clinicians and patients during echocardiographs. With features like electric height adjustment and sliding cardio panels, specialized echocardiography tables can help reduce strain, improve workflow, and ultimately lead to safer and more accurate imaging outcomes. Learn how specialized echocardiography tables support clinician health while improving the patient care experience in this week's CME blog: https://hubs.li/Q03M5xWX0 #cmecorp #specialtydistributor #diagnosticequipment #echocardiography

What if GP surgeries ran 24/7? A&E would finally breathe. Hospitals could focus on true emergencies. And patients wouldn’t be left in limbo, waiting for 8am. Right now, our system funnels everything into hospitals after hours. It’s costly, stressful, and unsustainable. Imagine instead: • GP super-practices open round-the-clock. • Local hubs filtering urgent cases before they reach A&E. • A model that saves money and lives in the long run. We need to stop patching cracks and start redesigning the foundation. Healthcare innovation isn’t just about new tech — it’s about smarter ops, better access, and dignity for patients. Question: If you were redesigning the NHS model, where would you start? Stryker

For the first time, dentists can track gumline recession trends over years instead of relying on twice-yearly snapshots. Better data means better care. Connected devices create stronger patient relationships and continuity of care that wasn’t possible before. We’re not replacing dentists, we’re empowering them with the insights they need to provide exceptional care.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀. Every boardroom values labs and radiology. But in most master plans, they’re tucked away in corners. Because “we’ll connect them later.” That “later” rarely comes. Here’s what happens when diagnostics sit outside the core patient flow: – OPD patients walk across floors for basic tests. – IP patients wait hours because reports don’t sync with wards. – Emergency cases lose critical minutes in sample transfer. – Consultants skip in-house tests for faster external options. – Referral revenue leaks to neighbourhood labs. The financial impact is severe: Revenue potential drops, utilisation falls, and payor audits flag inconsistencies. But the operational impact cuts deeper. Care slows down. Doctors lose confidence in internal systems. And patients remember the inconvenience, not the clinical excellence. Diagnostics are not a department. They are the circulatory system of a hospital. Every discharge, every admission, every treatment plan passes through it. When labs and radiology are isolated, the hospital’s rhythm breaks. Integration isn’t an IT feature. It’s a design principle. Because a hospital’s throughput depends on one truth: 𝗜𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄, 𝗻𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲. #HospitalLeadership #DiagnosticsIntegration #HospitalOperations #HealthcareStrategy #TechneconInsights #HospitalDesign

Hospitals don’t need more beds. They need more throughput. We’re building it. Fusia is the AI orchestration layer for home infusion—infrastructure that shifts appropriate care home and unlocks capacity inside the hospital. We collapse the discharge-to-first-home-dose cycle, so: - Bed-days free up - ER backlogs clear - Captured therapy starts/renewals rise This is throughput infrastructure: more capacity, no new beds. If you run Hospital Ops, Home Infusion, Pharmacy Ops, Case Management, or UM, we'd love to connect! #HomeInfusion #HospitalOps #Throughput #CareAtHome #DigitalHealth
