What an amazing journey it has been so far! 🙏🌱🌻 25 years ago as a young student/trainee I first went through the entrance gate in Feuerbach to start my professional career at BOSCH. Since the first day I was pleased to meet so many inspiring people, work in different countries and lead amazing teams which were always committed to go above and beyond! I am specially thankful for the challenges, support & trust my different managers and Board members since the beginning until today have been given to me. Definitely this shaped my understanding of a value-based and authentic leadership style. 🙏to BSH/CFO Dr. Thorsten Luecke who handed over the 25-years certificate today on behalf of the entire B/S/H/ Board. Thanks 🙏 also to Dr. Matthias Metz, Rudolf Klötscher, Dr. Alexander G.C. Dony and Lars Schubert for the trustful collaboration and exchanges always in the spirit of challenge & commit to support our strategic way-forward. Excited to continue this journey!
