This year’s theme, Tourism and Sustainable Transformation, highlights tourism’s pivotal role not only as an economic engine but as a powerful instrument for advancing positive socio-environmental change. The Finnish Society for Tourism Research celebrates World Tourism Day in the pre-event on Friday, the 26th of September, at 10-12 am (UTC+3).
