Earlier this week, 19 Territory Managers completed Swisher Vision, a seven-month leadership development program for our sales team. This year’s cohort created impactful solutions to drive our business forward by streamlining sales processes and building stronger customer relationships. They presented their Capstone projects to Swisher leadership, highlighting practical strategies that can be put into action in the field. Thank you to Learning & Development Manager Alexandra Strange for leading our Vision program and to Region Managers for supporting their cohort members, ensuring they felt supported and engaged every step of the way.
