Saudi logistics startup Logexa raises $2M Pre-Series A to expand its on-demand logistics platform Logexa, a Saudi Arabia–based logistics startup, has secured $2 million in Pre-Series A funding from SEEDRA Ventures, Nour Nouf Ventures, and a group of angel investors. Founded in 2021 by Hussam Sindi and Hussam Spano, Logexa is transforming the logistics landscape with its “storage on demand” model, which taps into the sharing economy to make delivery and storage more flexible, efficient, and cost-effective. Instead of investing in new warehouses or fleets, Logexa connects underused storage spaces and transport assets across the country, creating a smart, eco-friendly logistics network that benefits both owners and businesses. The new funding will support platform enhancements, digital ecosystem development, and expansion across Saudi Arabia, bringing real-time visibility and smarter supply chain management to more businesses. #Logistics #StartupFunding #SaudiStartups #AI #SupplyChain #Innovation #Logexa #TechNews #FundingAlert #DigitalTransformation

𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐮 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐭 Saviu Ventures has exited its majority stake in Kamtar, a Côte d’Ivoire-based digital logistics platform, through a strategic sale to Logidoo Group, a fast-growing pan-African logistics company. Saviu Ventures first invested in Kamtar in 2018, becoming one of the company’s earliest backers. Since then, the fund has played a key role in driving the startup’s operational growth, client acquisition, and governance. Under Saviu’s guidance, Kamtar has emerged as a recognized leader in e-logistics in Côte d’Ivoire, strengthening corporate partnerships and expanding its market reach. With this acquisition, Logidoo expands its regional footprint and operational capacity across West Africa. The integration enhances Logidoo’s ability to provide flexible and technology-driven logistics solutions, building on its existing ecosystem which includes Logidoo, the reference platform for international parcel and freight transport; TexMiles, Senegal’s leading last-mile and national courier service; Afridoo, an all-in-one digital platform for merchants managing sales, inventory, and deliveries; and Doomaket, a B2B marketplace connecting African merchants with local and global suppliers through integrated payments, warehousing, and delivery. Benoit DELESTRE, Managing Partner at Saviu Ventures, commented: “Kamtar is a prime example of how African entrepreneurs are using technology to solve complex logistics challenges. From our first investment, we have supported the team in scaling operations, strengthening governance, and attracting follow-on capital. We are delighted to see Kamtar enter a new growth chapter with Logidoo.” Tamsir Ousmane Traore, Founder and CEO of Logidoo, added: “Integrating Kamtar into our ecosystem allows us to consolidate strategic trade corridors from Morocco to Abidjan and deliver efficient, reliable road transport solutions. This acquisition marks a key step toward our mission of connecting African markets and facilitating trade across the continent.” Founded in 2018, Kamtar connects Ivorian industrial companies with a network of independent truck drivers through a digital platform that streamlines freight transport and logistics management. The company has served over 40 corporate clients across the industrial, construction, agri-food, and logistics sectors, generating a cumulative turnover exceeding EUR 17 million.
