These are the robots that Amazon is, step by step, using to replace more than half a million jobs in its warehouses. Here's how.

Tech should be used to enhance jobs, not replace them. Executives who think they're saving money by replacing people with it, are in fact hurting themselves, as they're eliminating discretionary income and with it, customers and potential customers.

This is a remarkable development. Automation is inevitable, but its impact depends on how we prepare for societal transformation through education, adaptive skills, and inclusive policies. Efficiency shouldn't come at the expense of humanity; the future of work must be built on innovation and purpose.

60% of ALL Amazon's sales are illegally price-fixed with MFNs in collusion with two million third-party sellers. Over four years, by GMV, this is $1.7 trillion price-fixing fraud. 100% of ALL Amazon Home Services sales are price-fixed out-the-door. Price-fixing is a felony. The only thing that saves this cartel - it employs 1,000,000 people - federal courts will have trouble to kill such massive collusion without a subsequent fallout. However, courts cannot allow a price-fixing cartel to operate either. The same thing holds true for Uber and Lyft that fix fares for third-party drivers. The same thing holds true for Zillow Flex, Realtor.com-Opcity, Rocket Homes, that steal $15 billion in RESPA-banned kickbacks every year. No fraud like this had ever been devised - it is only possible due to network effects.
