✋ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 These days, more and more companies are being told to “do something with AI.” Top management insists: we can't fall behind! So yes — companies get started. Great! 🎉 🤖 But soon after, reality kicks in: “Hmm… this AI isn’t solving everything.” Let me explain why that happens: ➡️ AI today is incredibly advanced. It’s faster, smarter, and more capable than ever before. ➡️ But the organization itself often isn’t ready. Think about it: – poor data quality – messy or missing knowledge sources – broken internal processes 📏 And in between? There’s a gap. (Imagine: one hand high in the air — that’s what AI can do. The other hand much lower — that’s where many organizations are starting from.) If you want AI to really deliver value, you have to bridge that gap. Not by waiting until everything is perfect — but by being realistic. ✅ Choose the right use case ✅ Don’t expect AI to solve everything "Is there a service outage? Just post a banner." – you don’t need a model for that. AI only works when the organization is ready for it. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽.
