Sharing the results of a Kilpatrick research on intergenerational exchange and how companies are managing this transition. Il survey evidenzia una transizione ancora in corso: le aziende riconoscono l’importanza del dialogo tra generazioni, ma poche lo hanno ancora tradotto in strategie concrete.
