Great podcast, Isabel Pearson and Rosa Gaffney. You are mentioning communication as key to success (and key to progress if we get stuck- or think we get stuck), and I very much agree with this. From my experience, training communication techniques are in general underestimated compared to technical skills. Nowadays, we are even more challenged with the ongoing virtual/Teams sessions, which makes it even more challenging to "deliver the message/value". I've experienced you in Teams sessions and in-person, and you are a role model in framing a demo, getting the audience involved, and finally, just showing the audience how it's done. Being an introvert myself, being "on" in front of clients and sometimes colleagues requires time being "off" afterwards. My best recommendations to listen to this - and the other great podcasts from Rosa Gaffney
