𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐲. That was the title of my keynote today at the Bavarian-Czech Innovation Day. Under the patronage of the IHK Regensburg für Oberpfalz / Kelheim and the Upper Palatinate Consulting Office and the motto "AreWeFutureReady?", leaders from business, science and politics met today. A colorful program of lectures, pitches and panel discussions sparked discussions about the future maturity of the cross-border region, and which measures promote future maturity. I opened the day with my presentation and talked about how we are shaping Krones' transformation under the 4 pillars of sustainability, digitalization, products as well as processes and organization, and what challenges are associated with this. I showed that it is necessary to give the organization support and orientation and used the example of our target picture to show how we do this. Specifically, I used the examples of application of the target picture in: 🛜 internal and external communication 🚀 the storyline behind the development of our new line type Ingeniq from a vision at drinktec 2022 to a product sold at drinktec 2025 😊 the creation of our new employer brand ℹ️ HR processes such as the employee dialogue and personnel development processes derived from it. Each of these cases gives us the opportunity to enter into a dialogue with our employees about the target picture and thus develop it further. The following keynote by Senta Cermakova was about “AI: from fascination to transformation”. In a playful manner she showed how AI can shape our daily life!   A panel discussion followed where we discussed which actions need to be taken to strengthen further the cross-regional collaboration.   Thank you for the interesting insights and for the opportunity to speak about how we at Krones deal with uncertainty in times of transformation. #solutionsbeyondtomorrow
