This week, VELCO was proud to be represented at the annual Vermont Works for Women — Women Can Do Expo! 🎉 Team members Lucia Boatman and Melissa Hale, SHRM-CP from HR, along with Erika Weliczko from our Operations department, spent the day connecting with Vermont high school students — women and non-binary youth — to inspire and explore future careers in the trades and STEM.
