New book! Bridging Problems to Models – Volume I Yes, I have been very quiet on LinkedIn, but I have been busy. I just wrapped up the first volume of a series of monographs titled: Bridging Problems to Models: Volume I: Framing the problem Volume I takes the first step of describing virtually any problem involving decisions into words that will lay the foundation for my universal modeling framework. This book has *no math* - it focuses on answering the three questions: o What are the performance metrics? o What types of decisions are being made? o What are the forms of uncertainty? The pdf will eventually be made available for free. For now, I have a webpage that describes some key themes of the book. You can also download the table of contents and an informative preface from https://lnkd.in/ezQ_Y5De (“tinyurl.com/” with “BridgingDecisionProblems”) This will be the first in a series of posts on this volume and the rest of the series.
