The future certainly looks bright. Beyond the product innovation one of the biggest takeaways and reasons for excitement is Cisco's investment in AI tools to support staff to deliver faster and better outcomes for customers and partners ... AI Agents for Sales, AI Deep Research, access to multiple models, Prompt libraries and AI for CX and delivery. As employees this investment has a huge impact on our ability to execute our roles and represents a real differentiator for Cisco. It also provides an opportunity to share with customers the art of the possible when it comes to AI and the impact Gen AI can have in business functions across organisations.
