#hiring #Werize I have recently joined the high momentum profitable NBFC WeRize. If you are a high-ownership problem solver, hands-on builder with thinker mindset who can get stuff done with fundamentals, come help us build the biggest financial services for people in tier3/4 who are still untouched by so-called saturated lending industry. The lowest segment of the pyramid who are above BPL line, consistent income, digitally active, non-cash income still do not get financially included in the formal ecosystem. The best part is, they're not credit-starved, they have excess money too and they can be sold all FS products, from FDs and insurance, everything. They own houses for mortgage, want to own cars or travel or have ambitions to travel. All they need is the same ecosystem which their peers in tier1/2 city are already enjoying. In Data, we are hiring for: > Data Science and Analytics Leaders who don't just see problems, they innovate new ways to do business and build it hands-on grounds up with the right architecture. If you can't either code proficiently or work with business people closely, this role is not for you. > Early-mid level Data Scientists with experience in Lending analytics and related measurement tools; keen business sense, curiosity; proficiency in SQL and Python.
