The framework bridges governance, finance and innovation, transforming isolated efforts into connected ecosystems of progress. When innovation meets inclusion and sustainability becomes strategy, cities will no longer fight against water’s force, they will flow with it, shaping a future as fluid, adaptive and enduring as water itself.

Pmsl dam i love the scaremongering in a low tone. First off get a reality grip climate change happens with or with out us y do u think back in roman Times c02 spiked and temps went up for a time then lets not for get were in are 8th ice age its shows the planet does this its self we have never lived though one so we dont no what happens but can guarantee what were seeing is normal as how do u expect the land scape and everything to change as ur forgetting the planet has also tilted to cause this witch is also in the science documents. Then lets not forget who u are water is a privilege and as soon as u came on the seen water scarcity. But then forgetting that the planet is 70% lets say water and to filter water u can use graphene now adays to remove the salt and so called micro plastics but if not creating a boiling sea water system that catches the steam and filters it to a second system to cool down creates guess what drinkable water.
