“Resilience requires both individual and collective responsibility — but we can’t let the individual sacrifice the collective.” With that powerful reminder from WSP’s Sofia Berger, our Climate Week NYC 2025 panel, Resilient Infrastructure at Every Scale: Systems, Strategies and Solutions, came to a close. Thank you to our panelists Jean Shia, Tom Wright, Dion Harris, Jeff Weiss and Rohit Aggarwala, our partners at Cornell University and Autodesk and all who joined us in NYC and virtually. Attendees were left with five bold ideas shaping the future of resilient infrastructure: - Reform regulatory structures - Use AI to accelerate design and engineering solutions - Lean into change - Align incentives across sectors - Scale climate tech for real-world impact These closing insights from our panelists captured the spirit of the conversation: bold ideas, actionable innovation and collaboration across sectors — resilience is built when we work together. #WeAreWSP #ClimateWeekNYC
Applauding this from afar—great work, Sofia and panelists. The balance of individual responsibility with collective action really resonates. Excited to see the outcomes. #ClimateWeekNYC #WeAreWSP
