🇺🇳 Global Cooperation Against Cybercrime: The Hà-Nội Convention is Born The United Nations has officially launched the Hà-Nội Convention Against Cybercrime during an event held in Vietnam. 🌍 This treaty marks a historic milestone in international cooperation to combat cybercrime, with dozens of nations committing to strengthen cross-border investigations and align legislation on digital crimes. 🔹 Why it matters: In an increasingly interconnected world, the ability to investigate and respond to cyber incidents beyond borders is essential to reducing global risks and strengthening digital trust. 🔹 For Africa and Latin America: This international movement establishes a new regulatory framework that could inspire countries such as Angola, Brazil, and other emerging markets to advance their own instruments of cooperation and cyber compliance. At Brandvakt, we continuously monitor these global developments and support our clients in achieving governance, compliance, and digital resilience, in alignment with global standards such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, DORA, and NIS2. #Cybersecurity #Cybercrime #Brandvakt #DigitalResilience #Governance #Compliance #DataProtection #HàNộiConvention #UN #GlobalCooperation #BrandvaktAcademy
