📌 Best Posts of the Month – quick wrap-up

1️⃣ A little girl’s dream came true ✨

Our first Out-of-Home campaign is live — along Budapest’s 4–6 tram line and in five other Hungarian cities. After five years of campaigns at Munch, this one feels truly special: OOH has always been my dream format — where messages meet real life, not just screens.

💡 OOH drives awareness (+13%), sparks online engagement (+28%), and delivers 2× higher impact when emotionally resonant.

Seeing our Highlights of Hungary billboards across the city felt like a dream come true.

2️⃣ Signature 40 PR List — a milestone moment 🏆

While in Cusco, near Machu Picchu, I got the news: I became #1 on the Signature 40 PR List and #7 overall. It was a powerful reminder that hard work always pays off — even if recognition takes time. Grateful for everyone who believed in me, and for the words that guided me this past year:

“If it doesn’t work out the first time, it means you’ve been given another chance.”

🧈 Campaign of the month – Small changes, big impact in the butter world! 🧈

Lurpak just pulled off something brilliantly smart some months ago. They took their own name off the pack — and replaced it with what you’d actually make with their butter: Scones, Brownies, and more. At first glance, it makes you pause — but then you realize: it’s simple but smart!

📌 LinkedIn Tip of the Month – starting from zero

In this month I wrote about the start! Why would I do if I had to start my Linkedln from zero? Good question, yeah?  And in short👇

1️⃣ Choose one clear topic

2️⃣ Optimize my profile

3️⃣ Post twice a week

4️⃣ Engage with the right people

5️⃣ Build my network smartly

6️⃣ Mix formats — carousels, text, polls, visuals.

7️⃣ Stay consistent for at least three months before judging results.

📌 Interview - with Andrea Istenes Solti

“Leadership is not about being the loudest in the room, but it’s about being the bridge.”

This month’s guest: Andrea Istenes Solti, former President of Shell Hungary and current President of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF). We first met during a small LinkedIn project (which later reached over half a million views), and her insights on leadership have stayed with me ever since. Featured for years on Forbes Hungary ’s Most Influential Women list, Andrea reminds us that recognition is not the goal — but a chance to inspire others and open doors for new talent.

📌My favourite Forbes Hungary online article of the past month!

This month, I chose a story that’s close to my heart — written about a person I really admire: Marci Bartus (tRENDrakó). The article is part of Forbes Hungary’s new Smart Habits series. To be honest I really like this new series, because its a refreshing, thought-provoking initiative that goes beyond business topics and focuses on conscious living and small daily choices that make a big difference.

The article's title is “Not everything that is clean is healthy. We surround ourselves with toxins at home, but it is not laziness that prevents us from changing.”

What I love most about this piece 💡

• It’s relatable — we all want a clean home, but we rarely question what’s behind our cleaning products.

• It’s educational — it helps readers make better, healthier choices without guilt or overcomplication.

• And it’s purposeful — proving that even small daily habits can have a big impact on our wellbeing.

I’m so happy to see Forbes Hungary giving space to stories like this: real, conscious, and close to everyday life.

📌 What Happened at Agence Najoua ? – milestones, events and internationality

This month was full of milestones, creativity, and new beginnings:

✨ Our OOH campaign with Highlights of Hungary went live — seeing it across six cities was truly a dream come true.

💫 We successfully hosted the Circle of Conscious Women Summit, featuring over 30 inspiring speakers who shared their thoughts on leadership, self-awareness, and meaningful change.

🌿 Our partner The Longevity Hub organized Hungary’s first Longevity Retreat, and we were proud to support them in bringing this truly pioneering initiative to life.

🇫🇷 And coming soon… in November, we’ll launch our first collaboration with a French company, can’t wait to share the details with you!

At the moment, I’m still processing everything I’ve experienced during my South American journey. If there’s one message I’d like to leave you with this month, it’s this: travel whenever you can, see other cultures, and let yourself be inspired. There’s nothing more enriching than stepping out of your daily routine and realizing how many different ways there are to live, think, and create.

See you next month — with new stories, fresh ideas, and (hopefully) a few more stamps in my passport. 💛

Warmly,

Najoua

Andrea Istenes Solti
