In an effort to modernize the collection of Workers’ Compensation Fund Control Board (WCFCB) employer assessment payments, cGrate has partnered with WCFCB. The partnership aims to streamline the collection of payments by employers across Zambia, making the process more convenient and reliable.
The partnership utilizes cGrate’s extensive network of 543 Konse Konse merchants and corporate partners, along with advanced technology, to establish a seamless payment system for WCFCB premiums. This system allows employers to make timely, secure, and easily traceable payments through various convenient channels, including in-person transactions, mobile banking, and online platforms offered by partner banks such as Stanbic, INDO and Bayport. As a result, this enhances compliance and reduces the risk of errors.
This partnership aligns with cGrate’s mission to foster a cashless Zambia. By offering a modernized and accessible premium collection system, cGrate and WCFCB are promoting the Zambian Government’s mission to digitize collections by Government institutions.
