Imagine a landscape around you. It has trees, crops, and livestock, all producing diverse, delicious foods, with nothing wasted. Soils, and life within them, are thriving. Species of bees and birds, rarely seen for years before, are now plentiful. 

You are imagining a landscape created by circular economy principles, and this is a future that food industry pioneers can have a key role in facilitating. Over the last two years, through the Big Food Redesign Challenge, 57 organisations have successfully created 141 products that are better for business and nature. The business case is also now clear.
