Last week in Orlando, FL, thousands of AI leaders, developers and technologists from across the globe gathered at IBM TechXchange 2025, our annual learning event.

This year's watsonx Challenge, our hands-on competition inviting IBMers to solve real world problems with IBM watsonx , set new records.

Over 167,000 IBMers came together to explore how agentic AI can transform work, forming 23,000 teams and submitting more than 15,000 proposals. Now, the 12 winning solutions are being implemented across the enterprise.

Our two winning teams took center stage at TechXchange, showcasing their proposed demos. ⤵
