Icelandic football extends official data and betting streaming partnership with Genius Sports

The Icelandic Club Association (“ÍTF”) and the Icelandic Football Association (“KSI”) today extended their long-term official data and streaming partnership with Genius Sports.

Genius Sports has been granted the exclusive right to capture, manage and commercialise the ÍTF´s and the KSI’s official data and live video betting streams with its global network of betting partners across all major domestic competitions and 12 competitions covering more than 1100 matches a year.

Genius Sports is the leading supplier of official live football content to the global betting industry including exclusive partnerships with the Premier League, Serie A, European Leagues, Ligue 1, Brasileiro Série A, AFA, Liga MX and more worldwide.

Under the terms of the partnership, Genius Sports will continue to power a suite of gamification solutions for Icelandic football including their bespoke fantasy game as well as Integrity Services to protect against the threat of betting-related corruption.
