Private Cloud, a real opportunity

Following my last post “introducing” the Private Cloud - Let's start private (cloud) - I’d like to share an analysis that help to better understand opportunities and main “blockers” in implementing Private Cloud solution.

As the analysis could stimulate lots of comments, I’m still convinced that a proper Private Cloud implementation will really enable companies to easily integrate and extend their services with the Public Cloud (in an Hybrid Cloud mode) and more important to be ready with a full IT organization, organized and skilled, to reduce time to market and fully embrace a full Cloud architecture with a new operating model and business approach. Again - Cloud is not an option - :) but skills and culture need to evolve, quickly.
