I wish you all the best. I can't pick up my 2025 Icon, which I paid for, from the dealership. When I contacted the dealership, they promised a delivery date early until payment was made, and I couldn't pick up my vehicle on the date they promised. I dedicated all my work and time to the dealership to pick up the vehicle within the delivery time the dealership gave me, but the dealership didn't commit to the date they gave and can't even give me a new date!! I'm at a disadvantage because I arranged my work. I'm at a disadvantage because I can't pick up the vehicle. I'm at a disadvantage because I can't communicate with the dealership. I filed a complaint with the regional directorate, but I haven't received a clear response. I advise you not to buy a vehicle from the Koçarslanlar İnegöl Renault dealership unless you absolutely have to. No valid and sufficient information has been shared. I was told that the vehicle transfer was handled by Omsan Logistics, but we can't get any information about the vehicle. My number is 0544 102 4435. İyi çalışmalar diliyorum ödemesini yaptığım 2025 model icon aracımı bayiden teslim alamıyorum Bayi ile görüştüğümde teslim tarihini ödeme yapılıncaya kadar erken söylediler ve vermiş oldukları tarihte aracımı alamadım Bayinin vermiş olduğu teslim süresinde bütün işlerimi ve günümü bayiye ayırdım aracı teslim almak için fakat bayi vermiş olduğu tarihin tahütünde bulunmadı yeni tarih dahi veremiyor!! İşlerimi ayarladığım için mağdur durumdayım Aracı teslim alamadığım için mağdurum Bayi ile iletişim kuramadığım için mağdurum Bölge müdürlüğüne şikayette bulundum fakat net bir dönüş yapılmadı Size tavsiyem koçarslanlar İnegöl Renault bayisinden mecbur kalmadıkça araç almayın geçerli ve yeterli bi bilgi paylaşımı yapılmadı Araç tıransferinin omsan lojistik tarafından yapıldığı söylenildi arac hakında bilgi alamıyoruz benim numaram 0544 102 4435 Renault Group Renault Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India
