1wI wish you all the best. I can't pick up my 2025 Icon, which I paid for, from the dealership. When I contacted the dealership, they promised a delivery date early until payment was made, and I couldn't pick up my vehicle on the date they promised. I dedicated all my work and time to the dealership to pick up the vehicle within the delivery time the dealership gave me, but the dealership didn't commit to the date they gave and can't even give me a new date!! I'm at a disadvantage because I arranged my work. I'm at a disadvantage because I can't pick up the vehicle. I'm at a disadvantage because I can't communicate with the dealership. I filed a complaint with the regional directorate, but I haven't received a clear response. I advise you not to buy a vehicle from the Koçarslanlar İnegöl Renault dealership unless you absolutely have to. No valid and sufficient information has been shared. I was told that the vehicle transfer was handled by Omsan Logistics, but we can't get any information about the vehicle. My number is 0544 102 4435. Renault Group Renault Renaissance Technologies LLC
