The Secret of Great Life -

The Secret of Great Life -

One thing is common in all humans — we can visualize both positive and negative outcomes. But here's the fact: our default is negative. Positive thinking requires conscious effort; negative thinking happens automatically.

This is supported by psychology. The human brain has something called negativity bias — a survival mechanism from evolution. Our ancestors needed to notice danger faster than opportunities to stay alive. Because of this, the mind gives more attention to negative possibilities than positive ones.

That’s why society builds schools and colleges to teach people how to be good, but there’s no university for criminals — yet crime still exists. Negativity doesn’t need training because it’s the default mental direction.

To become a president or a successful leader, you need complete preparation, education, and discipline. But becoming destructive or dishonest feels easier. Why? Because in existence, both negative and positive possibilities exist — but the natural state is disorder. Order must be created through awareness and effort.

The Science of Entropy

Science calls this tendency toward disorder entropy. In physics, entropy means that systems naturally move from order to disorder unless energy is applied to maintain balance.

In everyday life, that looks like this:

  • If you don’t take care of your health, your body becomes unhealthy automatically.
  • If you don’t maintain relationships, they fall apart.
  • If you don’t clean your room, it becomes messy by itself.

In other words, disorder doesn’t need effort — order does.

Think of a garden without a gardener versus one that’s cared for. The difference is obvious: one has randomness and weeds; the other has growth and beauty.

The same principle applies to your mind. All positive and negative thoughts exist within you, but without awareness and wisdom, your life becomes random — a reflection of mental entropy.

Don't Fear Your Negative Thoughts

When negative thoughts come, don’t be afraid of them. They’re just thoughts — electrical signals in the brain, no different from positive ones.

Our nature, however, gives them more weight because negative thoughts are tied to threat detection in our brain’s survival system. But they only become powerful when you react emotionally.

Here’s the key: what becomes real depends on your response. If you fear or fight your negative thoughts, you feed them energy and increase the probability of negative outcomes. If you focus on positive ones with enthusiasm and consistency, you strengthen those neural patterns — making positive outcomes more likely.

This isn’t spiritual optimism — it’s neuroscience. Repetition and focus create stronger neural connections. So what you feed grows.

The Pattern of a Random Life

When awareness is missing, life runs in random mode. Sometimes positive things happen, sometimes negative — purely by chance. That’s what “default” looks like.

But you can break this cycle. You can create conditions for positive outcomes consistently.

When something goes wrong in someone’s life, it’s not always bad luck — it often happens because of randomness, the absence of conscious direction. In the default state, everything — both good and bad — exists as potential.

Think of a forest where there’s no gardener. Plants grow green in spring and dry up in summer. That’s the natural algorithm of seasons.

Now compare it to a garden with a gardener. There’s greenness all year. How? Because the gardener waters, prunes, fertilizes, and maintains the soil — he applies organized energy. He doesn’t depend on the algorithm; he manages it.

The Same Principle Applies to Your Life

The same principle applies to your personal life. When you live with awareness, randomness reduces.

That’s the essence of every great philosophy. Meditation and mindfulness aren’t about escaping life — they’re scientific ways to train your attention. You learn to control your energy and focus on what you choose, rather than being dragged by every random thought.

In most people, attention moves automatically, reacting to emotions and surroundings. In this random movement, both positive and negative mix constantly.

But great achievers have mastered the art of directing attention. They know how to maintain order within their minds — and that’s why they get consistently positive results.

How I Practice This ArtHere’s how I practice it. First, I observe deeply what’s coming into my mind. Then, I consciously choose to ignore the negative and keep my focus on the positive.

When you do this, you gradually reprogram your brain. Science calls it neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to change its structure through repeated focus. Over time, you gain stronger control over your destiny.

Of course, complete control isn’t possible. The human mind is designed to flow naturally — sometimes stable, sometimes random. But if you maintain a good balance of awareness and mindfulness, you can control most of your destiny.

Your success depends on your resilience — how quickly you return to awareness after being distracted by the flow of random thoughts. “Flow” here means moving unconsciously with the mixture of positive and negative energies. Awareness helps you navigate it.

Don't Chase Perfection

Don’t chase perfection. Even the best gardener can’t stop storms, weeds, or insects. But he focuses on maintaining goodness — as much as possible, as often as possible.

Likewise, in life, perfection isn’t possible. But progress and maintenance are. You can keep improving, adjusting, and nurturing what’s within your control.

The Choice: Garden or Forest?

Now, I want to ask you something. I choose to organize my life like a gardener. But many people live like forests — waiting for the algorithm of life to change, just as forests wait for spring.

Gardens make consistent effort to stay green. Forests depend on luck and seasons.

You often hear people say, “When good times come, my life will become good.” But that’s waiting for algorithmic change — a random positive phase. Yes, good times do come eventually because life is a mix of positive and negative cycles.

But what if you already have the hack to create positive outcomes before the cycle changes? Why not use it?

The Hack Great Achievers Use

All great achievers use this same hack — they don’t wait for change, they create it.

While millions wait for luck, seasons, or timing, achievers take conscious control of their internal environment. They stay aware, consistent, and intentional.

That’s why their results appear magical to others — but in truth, it’s simply organized behavior against entropy.

You have the same choice: Will you live like a forest, waiting for spring? Or will you become a garden — creating your own greenness through awareness and disciplined effort?

All the knowledge in all the scriptures is within you. It is a thousand times more. Never lose faith in yourself. You can achieve anything in this universe. Never give in to weakness. All power is yours. Be real human beings. That's what I want. Consider yourselves all as the embodiment of the infinite energy, the harmonious soul. (Then) see what kind of energy is manifested. As long as there is faith, sincerity, and devotion, victory is certain.
