Turn Reviews Into Content for Your Space

We’ve talked a lot about asking for Google reviews lately. But once you’ve got a few good reviews sitting around... then what?

This week, I want to help you turn those kind words into actual marketing content – the kind that builds trust, highlights your community, and tells the story of your space better than any ad ever could.

Here’s how:

6 ways to turn reviews into marketing content:

1. Social Media Quote Post

The easiest way to turn a review into content. Take a powerful sentence from a recent review, add a picture above it (more on consent later in this newsletter), and post it on your social media.

2. Website Testimonial Section

Create a dedicated area on your site to feature community feedback. It adds credibility and breaks up your own voice with authentic member stories.

3. Newsletter Highlight

Use one review as a quick "member moment" in your weekly/monthly email. It breaks the routine and makes your content more human.

4. Printed Poster/Chalkboard

You can consider physically featuring a nice quote on a chalkboard or printed media. Be sparing with this, though, you don't want to overwhelm your space. 

5. Welcome Pack

Welcome packs are a great way to make a good first impression. And testimonials definitely belong there.

 6. Short video

With permission, turn longer feedback into a casual video interview or testimonial reel. You can also animate quotes or pair them with B-roll of your space.


★ How to Choose the Best Reviews?

Look for reviews that mention specific things:

• A cozy corner they love

• How events made them feel connected

• A feature that helped their work

These tell a story. That’s what makes them great for marketing!

📌 Important Note - Consent

Always get permission before posting anything with names, faces, or identifiable info. A quick DM or in-person ask is enough. People usually say yes, especially if they already left the review publicly.
