Our people now have access to a vast library of expert-led courses covering an extensive range of topics empowering them to grow. Whether they are looking to improve their leadership skills, deepen their business acumen, or master cutting-edge technical abilities, LinkedIn Learning offers personalized learning paths and industry-recognized certifications to help them achieve their career goals.
This addition to our already robust learning offering has seen an incredible response, with our people truly owning their professional development. In just the first three months, the curiosity of our team has been on full display.

The engagement speaks for itself. Already, over 500 Questraders have activated their accounts and are dedicating time to their growth. We're seeing a clear passion for future-focused skills, with courses on Generative AI and Python emerging as some of the most popular topics. Alongside this technical upskilling, it's inspiring to see so many employees proactively learning about personal and professional goal setting, showing a holistic commitment to growth.
