📈 Challenges & expectations: The latest insights from HR & Payroll Pulse 2025

Last month, we released HR & Payroll Pulse 2025: At Work with Europe. The report is based on responses from over 5,600 HR leaders and 16,000 employees across Europe, covering key topics such as HR, Payroll, and workplace trends.

Since the launch, we’ve been digging deeper into the findings, and a few stand-out stats have caught our attention:

  • 53% of employers say they support mental well-being, while only 31% of employees agree.
  • 33% of employers believe reducing cost is the biggest challenge in Payroll
  • 62% of employees feel that their payslips are clear
