Summary: Having been born and raised in Davis, California, I am naturally imbued with a love of learning, nature and animals. I carry that love with me into everything I do and everywhere I go - including to my studies at Mills College in Oakland, California, where I earned my BA in Art History and Conservation. I am deeply passionate about conservation in the arts, including oft-passed over mediums such as video games and animation, as well as conservation of the natural world. I'm also a person who likes to have fun, and I strive to find the joy or light in every situation. I don't stand for negativity, and work to be a net positive for any position I hold. I brought this energy to my years of youth theatre in high school, and was recognized for my work ethic and dedication by the company's artistic director. I have continued to provide that same work ethic and dedication to my current position, being depended on as a supervisor and steady go to for anyone who needs help. As a volunteer community moderator on Discord and Twitch, I get to interact with a lot of people from all over the world, of all different demographics - I pride myself on maintaining a welcoming space that's safe for everybody, and am a better person for the diversity that being a community moderator has allowed me to experience.
