Summary: Jeff Hauck is currently a junior Film BFA at Ithaca College with a minor in screenwriting. All his classes are associated with film, photo, writing, and the arts. His free time is often concentrated on producing & visualizing thought-provoking narrative films. He's contributed work to over 30 productions, many of which have gained recognition. During his freshman year in NY, he was the director of photography (DoP) for the "Freshman Knobbie Award"-winning short film. In his second year, he was the DoP for another Knobbie award-winner (this time second place overall), as well as the DoP on “My Grandma Rose”, a senior thesis documentary which screened at the Ithaca State Theater. He also had his producer debut, My Friend Pauline, screen at the Cannes Film Festival. By the end of his sophomore year, he had worked on seventeen different short films, all teaching him something different, interesting, and incredibly useful. He is now booked to produce two thesis films, as well as contribute visually to many projects. Well-versed in most industry-standard multimedia practices, Jeff knows the Adobe Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve Studio & leading camera software like the back of his hand. He has experience designing websites & graphic content as well. He is extremely proficient in communicating and admires the opportunity to collaborate. He has serious career goals of one day leading a successful production company, either producing films for entertainment or intellectual enrichment. Beyond his prescence in film society, Jeff has years worth of customer service expertise. He started bussing and hosting at the age of fourteen, with a quick rise to waiter. He then worked in and out of restaurants and tourist attractions during the summers on Cape Cod, his home. He's learned numerous intense positions: how to run and expo a pass in the Chatham Bars Inn kitchen, how to meet the needs of tourists on fishing charters, and how to film & edit a public event with a given deadline. All this experience has made Jeff more confident about every role he steps into. As a result of his dedication to the well-being of others, Jeff was awarded the DAR Good Citizen certificate in his senior year of high school. Being recognized by the government meant the world to him, so he confided in his values more than ever before. He is honest, selfless, dependable, respectful, and hard-working. Jeff carries these characteristics with him no matter where he goes or who he is with. He hopes to meet new people and build lasting connections over time in his ideal career of film production.

Summary: First-year Film + Race, Power & Resistance (Ethnic Studies) double major at Ithaca College. I am a first generation student from Sacramento California of Mexican and Ecuadorian descent and I am always looking to work and collaborate with others. Film and photography has been a part of my life since young. I've directed, written, and edited several of my own short films as well as collaborated with peers on pre + post production on their films. As a photographer I've shot community events, talent showcases, Airbnbs, and done professional headshots. I am currently working as an editor on several TV production shows coming out of Ithaca College's ICTV program. When it comes to ethnic studies, I was raised in an environment that prioritized education and understanding the deeper context of why systemic issues are the way they are. My focus is mainly on Chicana/o/x Studies but my research is expanding past that. When it comes to understanding why diversity, equity, and inclusion is important; ethnic studies has allowed me to become a more critical thinker and create a better work environment for my peers. Some brief fun facts because I need this LinkedIn to have some personality are: Pancho Villa is my great great grandfather, I listen to a lot of Larry June and Laufey, my favorite color is green, the first word I spoke was cookie, and my favorite movies are Casablanca, El Mariachi, and Dr. Strangelove.
