Summary: Hello, I am a student at Angelo State University and a future accountant/ financial analyst. Before Texas and San Angelo i lived in Washington for most of my life completing two years of college there. But three years ago, I moved from my hometown traveling across the U.S. including Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and New Mexico, before setting in Abilene with my family. The experience has given me a fresh perspective on what i want from college and what interests me(accounting). I have always enjoyed not only moving and managing money including stocks and bitcoin(thanks dad), but also investigating and solving mysteries such as cyphers and true crime. I have also always enjoyed science particularly physics, computer science, and biology. My hobbies include chess, writing, rock climbing, and motorcycling. I plan on not only getting my CPA certification with a specialization with forensics but becoming proficient in macroeconomics business, and in physical sciences. I believe that my aptitudes and interest in these additional fields will make me a more efficient and successful accountant, as I believe having a well-rounded skillset with a large cross-modality is just as important to success in any field as hyper specialization is.
