New research from WeiJun Shen and Muyu Xu et al., from 深圳湾实验室 Shenzhen Bay Laboratory, "Cell-based high-throughput screening using a target–NanoLuc fusion construct to identify molecular glue degraders of c-Myc oncoprotein" Despite being implicated in 70% of cancers, c-Myc has long been considered an “undruggable” target.
